Today, I’m super excited to partner with Balloon Time to show you some super quick and easy DIY Independence Day Balloons to decorate your July 4th parties with. I’m obsessed with emoji faces, so I thought it would be fun to make some fun red, white and blue bow tie wearing emoji balloons and some fun July 4th phrase balloons. These emojis are dressed in their Independence Day best and I love how cute they are! I also made a little balloon table runner out of some star balloons. All of this can be made in less than an hour, which is perfect for all you last minute decorators.
