10 Minute Rainbow Sugar Cookies!

Hey All!

We’re back with another rainbow tasty treat, except this one is beyond super easy to make. Check out these fun and easy to make 10 Minute Rainbow Sugar Cookies! Who wants some generic sugar cookies with some rainbow sprinkles on them? I know I don’t! I’d rather make them all actually rainbow colors. Who doesn’t love a rainbow striped cookie? I know I do! You can leave them as round shaped cookies or cut them in half like I did, to make them look more like little rainbows. Either way is totally fine!

Here is how to make them!

  • 1 Ā½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Ā½ cups Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 can Pillsbury White Frosting
  • Rainbow Colored Food Coloring
  • Baking Spray

First you pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream, sugar and butter.

Then you add your eggs and beat in the eggs, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.

You then stir in the flour until combined and separate dough evenly into 5 bowls.

Add a color to each bowl of dough and mix until the color is combined.

Now you divide each color into 2 pieces and roll a little until you have 2 ropes, about 8-9 inches long.

Spray a 7×11 pan with baking spray, so the cookies don’t stick to the pan. Lay the ropes of each cookie color in a rainbow order and then repeat with the second set of ropes. Press them all firmly together and down in the pan so it becomes a flat sheet of rainbow cookie dough.

You then bake for about 15 minutes or until bottom is lightly golden and cooked through. Before the cookies harden, use a cup or biscuit cutter to cut 6 round shapes into the pan, about 2 inch in size.

Remove from the circle cookies from the pan and either leave them as is or cut them in half. To make them even more rainbow looking, you can add little clouds by pipping white frosting in little mounds across the bottom to look like the rainbow is sitting on clouds.

Lastly you can sprinkle some rainbow sprinkles on the clouds if you would like.

That’s it! You’re done! Serve and enjoy their rainbow goodness!

They are super easy to make and they are also rainbow tasty goodness!

I hope you enjoy these fun and easy to make rainbow cookies as much as I do! Happy rainbow baking folks!
