1st Step PRO-WELLNESS™ Liquid Vitamin B12 Complex #Review!

Hey All,

I’m always I trying to find ways to live healthier and to get more energy and I was lucky to be given the opportunity to try the High Performance Fitness’s new line – 1st Step PRO-WELLNESS™ Liquid Vitamin B12 Complex.  1st Step PRO-WELLNESS is a nutritional and fitness supplement line specifically designed for everyday women. Supplements include multi-vitamins, B-12, coconut water, whey protein, bone and heart, weight control and healthy joints. I only tried the Liquid Vitamin B12 Complex.

Just like the bottle says it was great tasting! I was very impressed on how good it tasted since usually these types of liquid supplements can taste pretty bad. I tried the two bottles I got and I drank half of one for 2 days and I have to say it did give me a boost in energy. I felt more energized through out the day but I will admit it didn’t last the whole day. Maybe if I had drank the whole bottle, but I was trying to make it last as I only had two small bottles to drink. It’s a great tasting pick me up if you’re looking for something to give you a little boost.

With pharmaceutical high-grade B12 and all-natural cherry and tropical fruit flavors, energy never tasted so good.*

• Liquid Vitamin B12 Complex, once per day, for natural energy without stimulants or caffeine and their unpleasant side effects.*

Additionally, Vitamin B-12 has the following benefits:

• Helps convert food into energy*

• Essential for red blood cell formation*

Folic Acid with B12 Benefits Brain Function:

A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition states that long-term supplementation of folic acid and vitamin B12 may promote improvements in brain functioning in older people.

The research is the latest study to find a potential link between supplementation of the vitamins and potential benefits to brain functions – with the researchers reporting that a daily oral dose of folic acid and vitamin B12 “promotes improvement in cognitive functioning after 24 months, particularly in immediate and delayed memory performance.”

Long-term deficiencies in vitamins such as B12, folate, and niacin, are known to lead to more rapid brain degeneration, leading to the suspicion that such vitamins play a role in the development of dementia.

B-Complex:

If you’ve been eating your running buddy’s dust, you may not be getting enough B vitamins, says the International Journal of Sports Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism. Oregon State University scientists found that athletes deficient in key B vitamins — B6, B12, folate, riboflavin and thiamine — felt more pain sooner, were unable to work out as hard or as long, and took longer to repair tissue and build muscle. When you lack Bs, your lactic acid levels rise faster, explains review co-author Melinda Manore, Ph.D.

This supplement can be found at your local walgreens! I liked the 1st Step PRO-WELLNESS™ Liquid Vitamin B12 Complex but as most supplements consult your doctor to see if it’s right for you!
