Hey All!
It’s been a crazy few weeks, but we’re finally back with more fun Halloween yumminess and we’re ready to get our drink on to celebrate that Halloween is almost here. We love a good sweet cocktail and we came up with one that combines two of my favorite things, ice cream and Chambord! I’m still on my ice cream kick, so when I had a creamsicle cocktail at an event recently, I knew I wanted to make my own version of it as soon as I got home. I thought to myself, this would taste amazing and be perfect for Halloween if it was candy corn flavored! Check out this yummy Boo-zy Candy Corn Creamsicle Cocktail recipe!
To make this Halloween candy themed cocktail you’ll need:
To make two cocktails:
- 2 Cups of Jarritos Mandarina Soda
- 1 Cup of Chambord Raspberry Liquor
- 2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 Tablespoons of Candy Corn Flavoring
- 1 Cup of Wilton Candy Corn Flavored Candy Melts
- Brach’s Candy Corn
- Candy Corn Colored Sprinkles
- Dry Ice
- Pitcher
First you melt your Wilton Candy Corn Flavored Candy Melts and dip the rim of your glasses into it. You then dip the candy corn covered rim into your candy corn sprinkles. This creates a fun garnish on the rim of your glass.
Next you add your scoops of vanilla ice cream into each glass.
In a pitcher, you’ll mix your Chambord, Jarritos Mandarina Soda, and candy corn flavoring. You’ll pour the mixture in your glasses over the ice cream.
You’ll drop in some candy corns and you’re done!
But… If you want to make them extra spooky and make them almost like a little candy corn witches brew, you can drop some dry ice into the glasses as well.
This will cause the drinks to bubble up like a potion and then smoke will star popping out.
The smoke will look like this! Spooooky I know!

It’s one super fun and sweet boo-zy Halloween drink! Remember folks! You have to be 21 and over to drink this baby! You can make it with out the Chambord as well if you prefer it to be non-alcoholic. I’m also obsessed with this AMAZING candy corn design my designer bestie Erik Buikema made for me as part of a fun Halloween Printable you’re going to LOVE! I turned it into a little drink stirrer, because it was just too cute not to. You can do this with any candy corn image you have. Simply shrink it down, print it on some card stock, cut it out, and stick it onto some wooden skewers with some glue dots. Boom, the most adorable Halloween drink stirrer ever!
