Wednesdays are always one of the busiest days of the week for me. I’m not sure why, but it’s the middle of the week and I always try to finish up all the work I’m behind on. Since I’m always short on time on Wednesday, I make sure I make it a #WokWednesday by enjoying a P.F. Chang’s Home Menu frozen meal. Did you know P.F. Chang’s has frozen meal versions of their amazing dishes that you could buy at your local grocery store? I rejoiced when I discovered them. It’s a great way to stir things up in the middle of the week with Wok Wednesday. Making these awesome meals allows me to save time to get the work I need done! It also saves me the hassle and clean up of cooking from scratch.

You can find a variety of bold exciting flavors and meal options that include quality cuts of beef, white meat chicken breast or succulent shrimp paired with crisp colorful vegetables, and tender noodles. The frozen meals also come with their signature sauces as well!

This past week, I picked up their Chang’s Signature Rice, Vegetable Mini Egg Rolls, and Orange Chicken for my #WokWednesday.

You can mix and match different Home Menu items to create a great lunch or dinner for you and your family.

Vegetable Egg Rolls and Orange Chicken is my favorite, so of course they were my number one choices to mix and match.

You could also get some Beef with Broccoli, Chang’s Cream Cheese Wontons, and add a side of Chang’s Signature Rice for another great meal option.

Another meal option that I’m considering for next week is this Garlic Chicken with Vegetable Mini Egg Rolls and Steamed White Rice! All of these you can buy frozen and simple heat them up to create these delicious meals.

It was so nice to have a lovely meal for my lunch break when I was having such a busy Wednesday.

I like to make my meals feel like I’m at a restaurant so I take more time to enjoy my food.

Sometimes you need to slow down and enjoy your food, regardless of how much work you have to do.

I like to enjoy each bite as I know I saved time since I didn’t have to make this meal from scratch. I can use the extra time to enjoy my meal.

These Vegetable Egg Rolls are by far the perfect finger food and could easily be a lunch on their own.

I could eat a whole box by myself if you let me! I also love the dipping sauce it came with. It’s delish! I love when I can dunk my food into sauces. I’m like a child who likes to play with their food.

When you’re super busy with your work and home life and your short on time, it’s great to have amazing frozen meal options like P.F. Chang’s Home Menu available. They are truly a life saver on those hectic busy Wednesdays!
