Check Out The Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts Castle!

Hey All!

Last week, I had the awesome opportunity to attend a special media preview to experience the all-new “The Nighttime Lights at HogwartsTM Castle” which officially begins on June 23 at Universal Studios HollywoodThe Wizarding World of Harry Potter.” All they had to say was “come to Hogwarts” and I was there, since I love going to the “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” with a passion! It’s a say no more situation. Who doesn’t love Harry Potter? I love riding the rides, drinking my butter bear and going through all the fun stores in Hogsmeade village! Hearing more was coming to this awesome section of the park had me giddy! I was thrilled to see what was in store.

As night falls on Hogsmeade village, “The Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts Castle” will shine brightly with an awe-inspiring spectacle that showcases the four houses of Hogwarts: Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin and culminates with awesome beams of lights that fan into the night sky.

The colorful state-of-the-art light display and special effects projection will be accompanied by a special musical arrangement created by Academy Award-winning composer John Williams based on his original scores composed for the film series. The musical arrangement that will emanate in a surround sound environment was conducted by prolific arranger William Ross and recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra in London.

It began around 8:30-9pm, since they need it to be dark outside for it to happen. It was was a sight to see and it was for a lack of a better word, magical!

As you can see from my pics, it’s a colorful spectacular light show that lights up the night sky.

Hogwarts literally looks like it’s covered in shimmering magic as the awesome beams of lights that fan into the night sky.

It’s such an amazing experience and my photos don’t do it justice! You have to see it in real life. It’s something you don’t want to miss seeing this Summer!
