Hey All!

As you all know our favorite Holiday is Halloween and one thing we always love to do is visit Disneyland for Halloween time!

The park becomes even more magical as it’s filled with spooky fun for the Holiday! We recently went on a visit to the park and we can’t wait to go back next week! You’re greeted with pumpkin versions of Mickey and all his friends at the decorated entrance way as soon as you enter the park.

Rides like the Haunted Mansion are given a little makeover just for the Holidays. The Haunted Mansion in particular is decorated with “A Nightmare Before Christmas” theme!

There is so much spooky family friendly fun at Disneyland for Halloween! It’s a must see if you’re a Disney fan! Another bonus to Disneyland for Halloween is Mickey’s Halloween Party!

Mickey’s Halloween Party is you’re opportunity to take your family trick-or-treating inside Disneyland! If you’ve never done this with your family you’re missing out on an amazing experience.

Celebrating Halloween and trick-or-treating inside of Disneyland Park has become a family tradition for us.

They have everything from…

  • Special trick-or-treat stations with candy and healthy goodies.
  • Halloween Screams fireworks spectacular, exclusively for Party Guests.
  • Dance parties, and the chance to eat, drink and be (not so) scary throughout the park.
  • Access to nearly all attractions, including all the Halloween-themed Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy and Haunted Mansion Holiday attractions.
  • Photo ops with popular Disney and Pixar Pals, and Disney Villains.
  • Mickey’s Costume Party Cavalcade, a Halloween parade presented for Party Guests.

There are also tons of Halloween goodies you can take home with you like this Mickey Pumpkin Candle holder as well!

You can also see exclusive events like Mickey’s Costumes Party Cavalcade Parade which only happens during Mickey’s Halloween Party and it’s a fabulous site to see. You get see Dracula Mickey and all the scary Disney Villians and your favorite characters dress as spooky characters like witches and ghosts. You can catch the parade at two times during your visit. Once at 8:30pm and another at 10:30pm. There is also a Halloween Screams fireworks spectacular which you don’t want to miss as it’s also only for  Mickey’s Costumes Party as well and it starts at 9:30pm.

They give each person attending Mickey’s Costumes Party a small size bag to go trick-or-treating with at each candy station inside the park when you enter, But I highly recommend picking up one of these Light up pumpkin Mickey Baskets and bringing your own tote bags so you can fill up with candy! You’ll regret you didn’t if you don’t bring extra bags. You’re trick-or-treaters will be thanking you since you come home with tons of candy and healthy snacks! Last year we came home with six yes SIX filled tote bags and a Mickey Pumpkin over flowing with everything from candy to dried apple slices and small packs of baby carrots!

It’s an amazing time for the whole family and we’ll be going next week. You know want to miss seeing the amazing Big Pumpkin Mickey as he lights up Main street at Disneyland!
