Father’s Day is tomorrow and if you’re wrapping up your gifts and or putting them in gift bags and realized you forgot to get a gift tag, Well we’re here to save the day! Check out our DIY Washi Tape Neck Tie Father’s Day Gift Tags! You can print these out and make them in under 5 minutes. You can have a cute little father’s day gift tag in no time to save the day and gift your Father’s Day gifts a little personal touch.
To Make These Fun Gift Tags For Dad You’ll Need:
- Scissors
- Washi Tape in any colors you like or have
- Sting (I used bakers twine but you can use any string)
- Hole Puncher
- Paper Cutter (If you have one but it’s not needed)

To make these you first print out your neck ties and cut them out with your scissors and paper cutter. I use the paper cutter to cut off all the excess paper quickly so I can just make a few cuts with my scissors. It looks cleaner this way.
You then proceed to decorate your tie wit washi tape. You can decorate it any way you’d like. The patterns can go from top to bottom or from side to side.
Try putting different patterns and colors together for a fun neck tie print.
Once you’re done decorating your ties you then punch a whole at the top of the tie with your hole puncher.
You then tie a string through the hole and boom you have yourself a cute little neck tie gift tag that you can sign and put on those Father’s Day Gifts!
It’s such a fun and easy project that you could do easily and quickly for Father’s Day. You could even do these with kids!
You sign them and hang them on your gift bags or gifts.
It’s the perfect little accent to any gift for Dad!
