Hey All!

I don’t know about you, but we love Shark Week on Discovery Channel! We count down the days until Shark Week? Have you been watching? It started last Sunday and goes until tomorrow.

I felt the need to creat some tasty treats to eat as we watch these amazing creatures for a week. I decided to make some White Chocolate Sharks with a shark mold I was given. It can also make ice cubes, but I thought why not chow down on some tasty white chocolate sharks as I watch my favorite week of TV.

All you need is Wilton Silver Color Mist food coloring spray, The Shark Mold, and some white chocolate candy melts. I believe you can find all of these products on Amazon.

Fist you get a bowl and pour your candy melts inside. You then melt down the white chocolate candy melts in your microwave for 1 minute intervals. Taking it out and stirring it until it’s completely melted.

You then pour the chocolate into the mold. Place the mold in the freezer until completely hardened. I would say for 30-40 minutes. I like to make sure they are completely hard before I take them out of the mold so they don’t get messed up.

They should look like this when they are out of the mold.

Ferocious I know! Grrrrrr! I then took my Wilton Silver Color Mist food coloring spray and glazed them over a few times to give them a little gray tone like a shark would be. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It was just to add a little something to make them more shark like.

Let them dry for 5 minutes in the fridge and that’s it they are done and ready to be enjoyed during Shark Week!
