I know there are so many quick (not so healthy) options you can eat for breakfast. You all know how much I love my doughnuts. I’m well aware that they are a special day treat and not something that should be had for breakfast every day. I’m so thankful I live near a CVS!Ā  I can head over when ever I want and pick up some amazing easy and healthy breakfast options.

My favorite choices for easy on the go breakfast ideas are:

  1. Gold Emblem Abound Blueberry Breakfast Biscuits
  2. CVS Gold Emblem Abound Fruit & Nutty Probiotic Trail Mix
  3. Gold Emblem Abound Cranberry Almond Rice Pop Clusters
  4. CVS Gold Emblem Abound Mango & Strawberry Fruit & Veggie Bars
  5. CVS Gold Emblem Abound No Stir Creamy Peanut Butter

You can slip any of these in your own purse and in your child’s lunch bag or backpack for an easy small breakfast on the go.

You can place some CVS Gold Emblem Abound Fruit & Nutty Probiotic Trail Mix and Gold Emblem Abound Cranberry Almond Rice Pop Clusters inside some cute little character containers. Your kids can munch on them during the ride to school. Cute containers make eating healthier snacks more fun! Who doesn’t love an adorable panda bear and pig?!

If your purse is small, a CVS Gold Emblem Abound Mango & Strawberry Fruit & Veggie Bars will fit into any tiny purse or pocket.

Both the breakfast biscuits and the fruit and veggie bars will also be great for your kids to eat for a simple breakfast on the go.

And last but not least, cut some little slices of celery sticks and put them into a container along with some CVS Gold Emblem Abound No Stir Creamy Peanut Butter. Peanut Butter is one simple way to get some protein in the morning for breakfast. It will give you a little boost of energy to start your day!
