Entering A New Frontier With Frontier Communications!

Home Banner

Hey All!

I don’t know about you, by my home entertainment and internet are very important to me. There is nothing I love more than laying on my couch, turning on the TV, and vegging out. If I hear about any changes happening to any of the services that provide me my veg out time, I try not to freak out. I’m sure there are a lot of people freaking out at the moment, because if you live in the California, Texas and Florida areas that have Verizon FiOS for your home phone, TV, and internet services, they are going to be no longer provided by Verizon. They are going to be switching from Verizon to Frontier Communications on April 1st. If you haven’t heard, you need to check out Frontier Latino on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ for all the latest details about the switch. You can also visit their website meetfrontier.com or meetfrontier.com/espanol/ for details in Spanish.

Home Services

Frontier Communications will be taking over all existing Verizon services and offering a variety of technology products and services to both residential and business customers, including high-speed broadband, advanced voice products, satellite video and personal online and data security solutions.

Here is a list of states serviced:

  • East Region: Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania
  • Mid-Atlantic Region: Illinois, Ohio, West Virginia
  • Central Region: Michigan, Wisconsin
  • National Region: Arizona, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah
  • Midwest Region: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Mississippi, Tennessee
  • West Region: California, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington

It’s going to be a new frontier, no pun intended! From what I’ve read about the cross-over to Frontier Communications, your current Verizon services, features, and equipment won’t change including your phone number. If you have a bundle of services or any of these services, your monthly rate will not change as well. It’s essentially all the same amazing services and offers being now run by Frontier Communications. I’m super happy to be partnering with Frontier to help them share this info, as I thought it could be helpful to my fabulous readers who may be experiencing the change and feeling stressed about it. Nothing to fear my friends!

I’m happy to say, you won’t have to worry as your services will continue as is. If they do make any changes to anything you currently have including channels, they’ll be sure to let you know in advance. There will be no surprises from what I’ve learned. You do have to save and reference the account number on your latest Verizon bill, so you can create a Frontier ID to manage your account, view your bill and more. Making the change seamless means more time for me lounging on my yellow lounge change and donut ottoman.

In case you’ve never heard about Frontier, it is one of the nation’s fastest-growing telecommunications companies. They are also an S&P 500 company, and are featured in the Fortune® 500 list of America’s largest corporations. They currently operate in 28 states, and look forward to welcoming Verizon’s residential and commercial customers in California, Texas and Florida.

They are focused on making the transition to Frontier easy and seamless for all former Verizon customers in these new service areas. They have a successful track record of integrating new operations, including significant experience with FiOS systems, and they are always available over the phone, online, and on their social channels to provide some top notch levels of customer service.

I’m not worried about the switch because of this. Thankfully, I know I will be sitting in my tasty treats bed and not even notice the switch in companies as I tune into my favorite shows or movies.

You can definitely count on Frontier for dependable support before, during and after the transition.

Again for more information on the switch visit their website meetfrontier.com or meetfrontier.com/espanol/ for details in Spanish and check out Frontier Latino on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ for all the latest details about the switch.
