It’s an interesting concept but maybe too interesting for me. I get the idea theoretically but I don’t know if I’d be brave enough to try it. Good for you in that marathon, though, and I’m glad this helped you get through the end!

Ohh I have never heard of this. I just started working out again and it feels great.
I just started working out last week (due to health problems), and I’m feeling good.
I haven’t tried something like this before but I can see how it would be beneficial for situations like your 10K.
