How Do You Juggle Your Busy Family Life And A Chance To Win $500! #goodnesstogo

Hey All!

As you know I’m always super busy because of my family and the blog. I barely have time to sleep some days. I rarely have a night off or time for myself. It’s sad to admit, but it’s honestly true. From picking up my teen from his dad’s house, picking up niece and nephew to care for them for the week, working the day job, laundry, cooking, cleaning, walking the dogs, doing holidays shopping, and attending events for the blog I literally have to schedule everything in our lives now-a-days. It can really be exhausting some weeks.

This week for example is an insane week and it’s actually my Birthday week! Yes, I get a birthday week! Don’t judge me! šŸ™‚ I can’t really even celebrate my birthday as Monday I had to work the day job and everyone decided to call out of work sick, so I literally had to do 3 peoples jobs. I then had to come home, clean the mess the dogs and kids made on our rug, then cook dinner and get a million emails answered and blog posts done.

Tuesday I have to work almost the entire day until 9pm at the day job, then come home and do everything I essentially did Monday but at a later time at night and try to get some sleep. Wednesday Night I have to pick up the kids and go to an event for the launch of a new product for which I’m a blog ambassador for. Thursday I have to take our teen to go to the LA Car Show since he loves cars and I have to cover it for the blog. Friday through Sunday I have to spend the entire weekend at Disneyland with the family for a media event and to celebrate my birthday with the family. Needless to say it’s a busy week! I’m not complaining about my busy life, just giving you the run down of what a week is like in our household and what it’s like to be a family blogger.

I do miss the days when I could make lots of lovely home cooked meals and spend time testing out recipes in the kitchen. Now for our nightly dinners, I either make our meals in advance and freeze them or I look for quick and easy already made frozen meals or we have take out. I hate to admit it but it’s true.

While out doing groceries this past weekend I discovered Tyson Stuffed Mini Bread Bowls. I thought they would make the perfect quick and easy meal for my family! They are made with real ingredients such as quality 100% all white meat Tyson chicken, vegetables, savory cheeses and bakery fresh bread! They are just the right size in servings and most importantly mess free! They are perfect for a snack or meal! Your meal is microwave to mouth ready in about one minute! They also come in yummy varieties like Chicken Bacon Club and Chicken Broccoli Cheese! They are quick and easy which is what I need during these crazy weeks.

And what’s even more awesome is Tyson hosted a Tyson Goodness-On-The Go Sweepstakes and it gave people the opportunity to enter for a chance to win a 2012 Ford Explorer. Sadly the giveaway is now over but you can still visit the Sweepstakes page and print out a $1.00 coupon for Tyson Stuffed Mini Bread Bowls.
