To make these adorable Mini Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches You’ll Need:

To make the Mini Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches, you’ll first cut your bread slices into the small mini bread slices with you mini bread shaped cookie cutter. You can find this cookie cutter online.

You can get two mini bread slices per one slice of bread. You need to make enough to have tops and bottoms for all your sandwiches.

I’m a firm believer in adding sprinkles to everything! You’d be surprised how much more your kids will enjoy these because they are mini and because they are covered in a little bit of sprinkles.

You just place a little bit of sprinkles in the middle of the sandwiches and you put them in a little colorful picnic tray to serve.

I put some little alphabet tissue paper under my sandwiches to give them a little added back to school touch! That’s two ways you can make this adorable little peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

When Halloween time comes around (It’s coming up fast), you can make these in the shapes of little Pumpkins! Who wouldn’t love a Mini Peanut Butter and Jelly Pumpkin Shaped Sandwich? I know me and my family would!

Mini-Pumpkin-PB+J

You simply do the same process as you saw me do above, except you use a pumpkin shaped cookie cutter. You then take some black icing and simply draw some pumpkin faces on the sandwiches.

You want to be careful when you pick these up to plate these. You don’t want to mess up those cute little pumpkin faces you drew on the sandwiches.

Those are three perfect little finger food snacks your kids can enjoy when they get home after school!
