My First Time At The Oscars Thanks To Diet Coke!

Hey All!

This past Sunday I had the amazing opportunity to attend my first Academy Awards (aka The Oscars) Red Carpet thanks to the fabulous folks of Diet Coke. I was one of a select few bloggers chosen to be gifted the opportunity to attend the Red Carpet and it was a once in a lifetime experience I will never forget. I can’t thank Diet Coke enough for providing me with the ticket. This was the hottest ticket in town and I was lucky enough to be given the golden ticket. I of course had to enjoy a Diet Coke on the Red Carpet to celebrate my making it to the Oscars. It was pouring rain on Sunday, but the rain couldn’t get down my excitement for seeing all my favorite stars on the red carpet.

As soon as I arrived I quickly took a selfie before the Red Carpet madness began.

Luckily we had these covered areas to keep us dry on the Red Carpet.

It was so interesting to see how they set up everything before the stars arrive, because once they do it’s a jam packed party that lasts for hours.

I immediately spotted my favorite color dress of the night. Pink was the biggest color on the Red Carpet.

The first celeb I spotted was Steve Carell who was all smiles.

Pardon the low quality of these pics as my camera died at this point and I had to switch to my iPhone camera. You can see Dakota Johnson and Melanie Griffith arriving on the Red Carpet below.Ā  It was so nice to see Mother and Daughter love at the Oscars.

And the one star I waited all day to see was Michael Keaton. I love him so much it’s not funny. That’s his rather dapper son to the right!

I can go on and on about all the incredible stars I got to see in person for the first time. It was truly a day filled with memories that will last a lifetime.

I can’t thank Diet Coke enough for this amazing once in a lifetime opportunity and thanks to People Magazine and Maybelline New York for making the Red Carpet all the more fun!
