I my last post, I shared my healthy alternatives for holiday stocking treats thanks to the folks at CVS/pharmacy. Today, I wanted to share the items that are part of my holiday travel survival kit. This is the busiest time of year for holiday travel for me. Most of our family still lives on the east coast or they live in Northern California. We’ll find ourselves either hopping in a car for a road trip or getting on a plane to travel across country for the holidays. There are a few items I need to always use and carry with use every time we travel. They help me survive the holiday travel madness and sharing them with you today, I hope they help you as well.

Everything you see below is part of my kit. They truly help me and they will help you #FindYourHealthy during your holiday travels.

First, I take my radiance platinum vitamins before any travel. It’s so important to make sure you are boosting your immune system and keeping it healthy when you travel. You never know what you can catch when you get on a plane. I make sure to take my women’s multivitamin, B-Complex, and Green Tea vitamins for my immune system. I love these radiance platinum vitamins as they are organic, plant based, non-gmo, and 100% preservative free.

We always have to have snacks when we travel, so CVS Gold Emblem Abound Heavenly Light Popcorn does the trick.
