Styling Our Living Room With Shutterfly!

It’s been one year since my husband and I got married and moved into our new home with our family. Even though we’ve been in this apartment for a year, with work being so busy I haven’t had a chance to really finish styling the space yet. One place I’m really trying to finish before summer is over is our living room. I’ve been searching for the perfect pieces to style it with and luckily I found some amazing customizable home decor at Shutterfly.

I wanted pieces that made the living room feel bright and welcoming as well as showcase our wedding photos in a creative way. Shutterfly had all of the above! I got three outdoor pillows for our couch in the Heart and Woodgrain and Modern Palm Fronds prints. I customized them to say “Home Sweet Home” on each pillow. I really loved the color they came in as they matched our color scheme perfectly. They also make the space feel more inviting and welcoming. The “Sweet” pillow is my favorite from the bunch as I love the heart design.

I don’t know about you, but I love candles! They can not only make the room you enter smell amazing, but they can also be a fun piece of decor for a room.

I had one of these photo candles made with one of our wedding photos. There were many great scents to choose from for the candles, but I decided on the ocean breeze scent. It smells fantastic. My family and I love the beach, so it was only fitting that our home smell like the ocean breeze.

The photo quality is great on the candle and it’s a great conversation starter for company that comes over. I love that I can place this candle any where in our living room and it fits right in. I also love that I could customize it with our names on it.
