Hey All!

Can you imagine what it could be like to suddenly lose your eyesight due to an illness or poor health condition?Ā  I think about how it would that impact my family and the answer is it would be devastating to me and my family. I would lose my job, my ability to write this blog, and the ability to see my family grow up. I would lose my major income most likely and have to become disabled. I’m very concerned with my families vision and overall eye health. We’ve made recent changes in our diet and have been trying to have healthier eating habits to maintain good eyesight. We eat a lot of carrots and try to eat a gluten free diet. The simple act of eating healthier can surely help with keeping our eyes healthy. We have our annual eye check ups every year and I always make sure to have my entire family wearing sunglasses or Transitions Optical lenses to protect their eyes from harmful UV Rays.
