New Year’s is a time where people often make lofty resolutions that are difficult to keep, or have trouble following many of those healthy living resolutions. Going into the New Year, we set resolutions, but find them to be difficult to stick to. After one week, 75% of people have usually broken their resolutions. Luckily I made this New Years Resolution box that will help me keep those resolutions and keep me on track for 2015. I’m serious about sticking to my resolutions this year.

Two of the resolutions I’m really trying to keep are getting healthy and taking more time for myself. I really realized last year that I put myself last with everything and my health really paid the price for it. Now I’m taking those moments to relax with a glass of my favorite Brancott Estate Flight Song wine.

I personally love the Pinot Grigio best. That’s my favorite kind of wine. I’m a pear flavor kind of gal.

I’m trying to make it a ritual that at least once a week I sit down with my fabulous fake fur blanket, snuggle up on the couch, pour myself a glass of Pino Grigio Brancott Estate Flight song wine, and just take a few hours to relax with myself.
