Hey All!
Last Week I had the dream come true opportunity to attend the #MuppetsMostWantedEvent and the Disney Muppets Most Wanted World Premiere! You all know how much I love the Muppets, so it truly was amazing to finally get the opportunity to attend a premiere for one of their films. I knew I had to showcase my Muppet love while looking chic on the red carpet.
I bought the best Muppet inspired dress I could find and headed to the red carpet. I think I did the Muppets justice with this dress and the green shoes don’t you think?
It was a star studded event filled with Muppets, Fans, and celebrities as far as the eye can see! Those Muppets and Disney really know how to put on a premiere!
The Muppets arrived of course in a fabulous 2014 Toyota Highlander! I’m sure you all caught those Toyota commercials over the superbowl that starred the Muppets.
Toyota was also a sponsor of the premiere as well! You all know I love my Toyota’s as well, so this was the perfect premiere for me!
I had to snap tons of pictures while on the red carpet to remember this momentous occasion. Who knows if I’ll ever get the chance to do this again, so I always snap a few pictures to remember the amazing once in a lifetime experience I got.
I had to of course snap a selfie while on the red carpet as well. It looks like the Muppets and Tina Fey photo bombed me in this photo!
When we arrived Tina Fey had just arrived…
Along with Terry Crews! He chatted with the Muppets before the premiere. I love Terry Crews! Who doesn’t?
I chatted with the voice of Walter Peter Linz on the red carpet, who told me I looked fabulous! We have met a few times since I covered the last film and visited the set while they were making this film. I’m flattered he remembered me!
When we reached the end of the red carpet and looked down I saw the Muppets star on the Hollywood Walk of film. This really sealed the entire moment for me.
I entered the theater and met the fabulous Tia Mowry of Sister Sister and Twitches fame.
Statler and Waldorf introduced the film and I really enjoyed it. Stay tuned for my review. I can’t get one of the songs out of my head. We’ll be using this song for our Muppet Wedding’s first dance. Spoiler Alert!
After the movie we went to the after party. I had a little fun with Matt of Geek Dad as you can see below.
I love hanging with Matt. We’re like two geeks in a pod!

And I made my friend Kimberly of She Scribes dream come true by helping her meet Josh Groban. He really was a sweetheart and he spoke with us for a bit of time.
I met Tina Fey and Ricky Gervais as well but I didn’t snap pictures with them unfortunately. It truly was a night filled with amazing friends, celebs, fabulous Muppets, and memories I will cherish for a lifetime.
