Hey All!
We recently moved into the apartment home of our dreams. It’s of course going to act as my home office as well. It has a beautiful fire place, amazing light, high crown molded ceilings, a beautiful bar area and dinning room, large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony, a large kitchen and it’s own washer and dryer. Needless to say I had to have it as soon as I saw this home and I knew exactly how I wanted to decorate our new home. I’m thrilled to be partnering with Wayfair.com to help partially bring my design and decor dreams to life.
We’ll be focusing on the Dining Room area as you can see above and some of the living room area.
For the Dining rooms and Entry way I wanted it to feel very country cottage chic and very welcoming. There is nothing more welcoming than a Pineapple! In the South if you put a pineapple on your porch that’s a sign of welcome to my home. Just a fun fact for you!
I found this amazing bright 6 piece dining room set and white ceramic pineapple for a centerpiece for the Dining room. The entry way is right near the Dining room so I thought why not have an outdoor safe pineapple floor mat and an indoor one as well.
For the living room area which also leads to our balcony and beautiful view…
I found some amazing pieces to complement our new couch and existing living room furniture.Ā I found this amazing gold porcelain pineapple, this fabulous floor lamp, these side chairs, this table lamp for the side table, this garden stool, a pineapple bed for Mr. Pink our dog, and this fabulous rug.
I became obsessed with Wayfair as they have their daily deals in which you can get some of these items for upwards of 70% off and free shipping. I could literally spend hours on the site and do a heck of a lot of shopping. I had to restrain myself or I would buy everything I saw!
I also picked up this tv stand for the living room as well.
Wayfair has been amazing to work with and they are providing me with some of the pieces seen above for the living room and dining room areas. Again I can’t get enough of this site so I decided to furnish our master bedroom partially at Wayfair as well because I couldn’t resist this bed and side table seen below.
Both were more than half price on one of their daily deals days and I couldn’t pass up such an amazing deal on some fabulous furniture.
Right now we’re still unpacking and building furniture and still waiting for some of the items to arrive in the mail. Getting through all these boxes is a challenge to say the least.
But I know it’s all going to be beyond fabulous when it’s all put together. I can’t wait to share with you the final reveal of the Dining, Living, and Bedroom areas which will all be decorated with items from Wayfair.com. I love the pieces you picked out. They are so nice! I especially love pineapple pet bed/hide out. That is so cute!!!
It must be fun to design those rooms. Like someone else commented you have a blank canvas to work with.
All of our furniture is about 18+ years old. We are in dire need of a new kitchen table set. I’ll have to check out their website and see what they have.
