Hey All!
Ok This is really the last post about D23 that I’ll be doing. I had the great opportunity to meet with the fabulous PR reps from Disney Consumer Products at D23 and they gave me a tour of the Disney Living Pavilion which included a number of Disney Products and brands! I love Disney products as you already know since I talk about Disney so much on this blog already. I even have a rolling Mickey Kitchen Island in my kitchen as you can see in the picture below!
I wanted to tell you a little about what I saw at the Disney Living Pavilion that I am super excited about! When you first entered the Disney Living Pavilion you couldn’t miss the Disney Living Lounge!
I mean honestly it was such a fabulous place to be. I wanted to take the white Mickey Head ottoman home with me!
And the black one too! Honestly how fabulous are these!
If anyone knows where to get these ottomans please let me know! I would like to buy one for our new apartment.
There was also a Disney Beauty Lounge was showcasing beauty line products that had themes for all the upcoming Disney Films! It also featured special beauty demonstrations, as well as Disney face art and hair styling for kids.
One of my favorite items was the Balm Muppets palette! Yes folks it’s the Muppets!
This is a wide shot of the Disney Living Pavillion!
I was happy to see so many amazing Disney products in one place at D23! It was like paradise! One booth that was amazing was the It’s a Small World and Nordstrom booth.
This booth was selling amazing products that will help children in need. Disney has teemed up with TOMS Shoes and FEED Projects to offer philanthropic pieces to sell to help kids. TOMS will give a pair of new shoes to a child in need, while products marked with the FEED logo will enable UNICEF to provide vitamin supplements to children in need.
I thought these products were amazing and that this initiative was amazing.
There was also a Disney Fashion Show! These are some of the models in the D-Signed’s Shake It Up line available at Target stores nationwide and Target.com! It also debuted stylish Shake it Up-inspired footwear available at Payless ShoeSource stores nationwide and Payless.com plus chic athletic clothes from ivivva athletica coming this spring to ivivva.com.
Zendaya from Shake It Up also attended the Disney Fashion Show at D23 Expo! This show also featured fabulous new back-to-school fall fashions plus a sneak preview of spring 2012 styles!
Another beautiful product I saw was at the Disney Store Booth!
The Disney Store was selling an advanced release of The Princess Designer Collection! These dolls were beautiful.
The collection features ten dolls, reimagined as if they were fashion models stepping from the pages of a classic Vogue.
They come in intricate runway gowns, with packaging that displays the designer sketches and renderings. The dolls themselves will appear exclusively in Disney Stores beginning August 22.
Each princess is cost about $59.50 and will be in limited release.
And lastly my very favorite part of the Disney Living Pavilion had to be the “Celebrations” neighborhood!
At this section of the pavilion you had the chance to learn about planning the perfect Disney Birthday party and about how to create and find Disney party decorations, as well as decorate cakes and cupcakes.
You could also see complete set up of what the parties complete with balloons and games, and everyday at 1pm they treated everyone to birthday cupcakes. They were adorable as you can see in the close up picture below and they taste so good!
I had so so much fun in the Disney Living Pavilion and at D23. Thanks so much again to Disney Consumer products for allowing me to take this fabulous tour! It only made me love Disney Products so much more!
