Hey All!

We all know that we should be eating healthy. I’m making a rule not a resolution in the New Year to become more healthy since I’ve pretty much had it with almost being sick all year round last year. I know I need to get my diet healthier and we all know that the more colored and darker colored food you eat in your diet (aka phytonutrients filled) the better the food is for you and your body. If you don’t know what Phytonutrients are… they are what’s found in the color of certain foods. You should at should have at least two servings per day from each of the five phytonutrient categories.

To help me on my mission to be healthier in the New Year I’m using Amway’s Nutr ilite since they offer a wide range of supplements and products that help you get phytonutrients you need into your diet. Nutrilite (if you’ve never heard of it) is a natural, plant-based dietary supplement is an option for those wishing to fill their “phytonutrient gap.” If you don’t know how much phytonutrients you are missing in your diet you can visit the online phytonutrient snapshot and take the short quiz and it will be an eye opening experience I’ll tell you that. Let’s just say I barely have a gap I have a crater in my diet to where the phytonutrients should be.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to try this product that is going to help me on my journey to getting healthy in 2012! I was thrilled when my box of Fruits & Vegetables 2GO Twist Tubes and the Concentrated Fruits & Vegetables Tablets came in the mail. With the job I work and the house filled with a teen, 2 dogs, and a fiance I rarely get to eat the 9-13 servings of fruits and vegetables that I should be eating each day. It’s terrible the way I eat to be honest. I’m happy to have this help me because it’s very quick and easy to use, because at work I barely get a break or time to eat and my lunch even when it’s an hour for lunch. It feels more like 5 minutes to me since I take lunch time to rest since my work is so physically demanding. I digress… and yes I need a new job! I digress again…

The Amway’s Nutrilite 2GO Fruits & Vegetables Twist Tubes are again quick and easy to use which is what I need in my busy life. I need everything to be quick and easy. If it’s not then it’s not for me. You simply squeeze the tube into a small bottle of water and you’re good to go! You have to give it a good shake in the bottle to make sure it’s blended good and each tube gives you the equivalent of 2 servings of fruit and vegetables. It kind of looks like that other orange vitamin c like powder that shall not be named when you mix the packet in the water. I was worried about the taste since I don’t really like flavored waters and I have a very picky taste buds, but I have to say it tastes pretty darn good!

I’m saving the Amway’s Nutrilite 2GO packets for during the week and I’m taking the Nutrilite Concentrated Fruits and Vegetables Tablets I also received while I’m at home so I don’t have to carry around a pill organaizer or the bottles. I take 2 tablets which contains the equivalent of 10+ servings which is amazing to me! I’ve been using the Amway Nutrilite Tablets and Amway’s Nutrilite 2GO packets for a week now and I am already starting to feel more energized and my skin is actually looking a lot better but that just might be since I’ve been eating better too since I’ve been on vacation from work. I know I didn’t feel this good before I started taking it so I think it’s working.

I think these are a great addition to you and your families diet especially if you want to get you and your family healthier in the new year.
