Summer is filled with fun holiday celebrations that require lots of fun recipes and outings. A lot of these recipes include berries and I often like to take berries out with us on our outings to munch on. I had an array of red and blue berries for our holidays, because it is the day of red, white and blue. As you can see our berries were fresh and ready to be eaten for July 4th.
These strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries were in our refrigerator all week. Not one got molded or ruined during that week. The strawberries aren’t ALL as perfect as they day I bought them, but they are all still edible as you can see and no fuzzy mold in sight!
I needed the berries to make a flag trifle recipe and the berries were perfectly fresh for the recipe.
They formed the perfect little berry flag formation on our trifle and everyone thought it was so festive. They are dishwasher safe and BPA free.
