Hey All!
With Cinco De Mayo almost here and my husband being part Mexican, we’re gearing up to celebrate the lovely Hispanic Holiday! Being a Hispanic in general I have always loved to celebrate the holiday. Any day I get to break piñatas, eat, and drink margaritas is for me! Luckily we also have some great entertainment for the holiday as Verizon FiOS provides us with some family amazing shows to watch in Spanish so that they can see all the the Cinco De Mayo festivities on TV and they can also see the type of television I grew up watching with my Grandmother. I used to watch novelas aks Spanish language TV soap opera shows with my Grandma every day and it helped me learn to speak Spanish. Now that I’m watching these shows with my own family I know it’s helping them learn about our culture and to learn Spanish at the same time.
Sure we’ll get out of the house an smash a few piñatas while we’re at it, but there is nothing better than snuggling on the couch with my familia! It’s nice to be able to spend the day at home just watching TV, Eating, and enjoying our culture at home.
If you’re looking for the best home entertainment in Spanish Verizon FiOS has an amazing Spanish Language Television Service Package that brings you 70 channels, with 14 of them in HD*. You also get 50% off and pay only $7.49 a month for the first 12 months! It’s a great deal that can provide you with only the best Spanish language content you can watch on TV, in my opinion of course.
You can get a bundle package that includes 25/25 Mbps INTERNET + FiOS TV MUNDO + PHONE for as low as $79.99/month for 2 years plus taxes & other fees. You choose one of the great FiOS bundles they offer or you can create your own bundle that fits your needs.
There are so many amazing channels to choose from like Cine Sony Television. Cine Sony Television is a great channel that also shows all your favorite Hollywood Blockbuster movies in Spanish all day and all night long.
Having a package like this in your home is a win win for the whole family! It’s definitely the way I’d like to celebrate my Cinco De Mayo! Good TV and some good old fashioned Mexican Comida with mi familia!
It really is a great way to keep your culture alive in your home.

I think FiOS is a great idea! I know many shows have Spanish captioning or are available in Spanish, but it’s nice to see an entire service made just for the Spanish speaking community.
I’ve had FIOS for years and couldn’t be happier. They have excellent service and I plan on keeping them for a very long time.
I’m going to have to look into FIOS. It looks like they have a lot of great channels to choose from.
I’m not sure how I’ve escaped all of the buzz about FIOS. It looks fantastic (and I have Verizon service!)
I never realized how extensive their Spanish language package was. That’s such a good deal!
We switched to Verizon FIOS a few months ago and we are really happy with it. The internet speed is a lot better and the channel selection is great.
That looks like an awesome set up. A faster internet speed would be welcomed!
It’s so busy around our house, I wouldn’t mind a holiday all about enjoying TV with the family. I haven’t heard much about FiOS, but it looks like a great option for Spanish programming!
I haven’t heard about FiOS yet. My son in law watches a lot of Spanish programming.
We totally have FIOS!
Fios sounds like a great deal for Spanish TV! It looks like you have an awesome time or Cinco de Mayo!
We don’t have it. Sounds interesting.
I have lots of family members who would love the Spanish programming on Fios. I’ll have to look into it.
I love Verizon, I really should check this out. Maybe even catch up on my spanish 🙂
Looks like you had a great time! Love the channel selection!
LOVE your party idea! I didnt know what you could get FiOS bundles. I will check them out.
Like you I much prefer sitting at home even on a holiday. I’m not much of a go out and party person. Great ideas you have.
Wow, May really is going to be here before we know it. Where is this year going?
We have Verizon wireless for our phones. I haven’t paid much attention to the FiOS service. We do streaming services like Hulu and Netflix since we ditched cable many years ago.
I don’t think we have Verizon as an option for our television service, but I certainly have the Spanish television package for my sweetie’s family when they are here. My kids love watching shows with them!
This is all new to me. I like that they have options for Spanish speakers
I love celebrating Cinco De Mayo. Definitely drinking a margarita.
That is a great deal on the TV, internet and phone. So checking that out.
Fios isn’t available in our area, but I’ve heard great things about it. Also, I really love your bright colorful pictures!
We had Fios and loved it. We get better rates with our other cable compnay though
