Just in case you had not seen the news, I wanted to make sure you knew that D23: The Official Disney Fan Club is working with Turner Classic Movies to present two incredible Disney live-action film classics during the upcoming TCM Classic Film Festival in Hollywood.
On Friday, April 13, Kirk Douglas will be present at Grauman’s Chinese Theater for theĀ first public screeningĀ of the newly restored 1954 action-adventureĀ 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.
On Saturday, April 14, comes a 75th-anniversary screening of the “fairest of them all,”Ā Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

I love Disney D23 and they have so many amazing events that are so special much like this one and the Fanniversary events I told you about.
And just fyi when the tickets for theĀ FanniversaryĀ Celebration events around the country went on sale 3/16/12 and Due to the incredible interest in them the D23 website crashed shortly after ticket sales began. While the site is currently back up and running, Fanniversary ticket sales were temporarily suspended! That’s how popular these events are!
So if you’re a D23 member you won’t want to miss these events!
