Did you know that March is also National Nutrition Month? You all know I’m on my get healthy kick so this is a month for me to celebrate! Arnold/Brownberry/Oroweat Breads is also celebrating this awesome month by encouraging healthy eating any time of the day. I had no idea it’s national nutrition month!
I need to take advantage of the them and get back to losing some weight.
I have been skipping the gluten to help me deal with acid reflux so no bread for me.
