Hey All!
I’m here with another fun holiday DIY collaboration with me and my fab fellow crafter gal pal Elba from Live Colorful and it’s a fun and super easy way to display some fun holiday cheer. It’s a Holiday Card Garland & some Free Printable post cards that you can also use as post cards or gift tags even.
To Make This All You Need Is:
- Ribbon
- Clothes Pins
- Paper Cutter or Scissors
- And our free printable cards that you can download below. We’ve got two sizes for you to choose from. Small and Large!
I got my Santa Clothes pins and ribbon in a set together that I got at Target, but you can use any ribbon or clothes pins you have around your home.

Once you’ve downloaded your cards, you cut them out with your paper cutter or scissors carefully and neatly.
You then begin to attach each clothes pin and card to the ribbon to create a banner garland.
It should look like this below to create a holiday banner. I tried to keep the same patter of how I placed each phrase on the banner.
Once you’ve clipped them on to the ribbon, that’s it you’re done and it’s ready to hang.
It looks adorable hanging behind your Christmas tree or across a fire place.
Like I mentioned before you can use these as post cards or as gift tags as well for the holidays.
You can also swap these out with cards you receive in the mail for the holidays as they come. It’s such a fun and simple way to display some holiday cheer!
I hope you enjoy this idea and have a very Happy Holidays!

This is so cute, I’m putting my banner up this weekend. Love the wrapping paper by the way.
So cute! I really like the idea of using them as gift tags too. I love crafty holiday paper items – everything looks so much more ‘homey’ that way.
