Hey All!
Happy Cinco De Mayo everyone! We’re celebrating with lots of mini piñatas, paper pineapple straws, tacos, and of course some margaritas! And let’s be clear, we’re not drinking just any margaritas either. We’re drinking Dragon Fruit aka Pitaya Margaritas and honey do they taste good. I may or may have not had a few as I write this post. It’s Cinco De Mayo, the whole point of this day is to have a good time eating, drinking, and getting your fiesta on! Remember that Pineapple Fiesta I did way back when? It would be so perfect to do today. I digress…

It’s a simple recipes but I love to show the visuals of the drinks with the recipe.
You can get some fruity straws like these pineapple straws and decorate the glasses with them.
It gives the drink an adorable festive look to them.
Who wouldn’t want to sip on these delightful drinks on Cinco De Mayo?! I know I do! I am!
You guests will enjoy them if you’re having company over.
Your friends and family will enjoy them if you’re just celebrating at home.
Their the perfect party drink or the perfect drink to just celebrate at home with a good Mexican dish.
You gotta throw in some mini piñatas into the mix.
And not just any mini piñata, but a Unicorn one of course!
I hope you enjoy this festive drink as much as I do! You can always alter this recipe so it has the flavor and alcohol amount you desire. I’m not a big drinker so I make mine light on the booze.
Cheers and Happy Margarita Day, I mean Cinco De Mayo!
I hope you have a fun and safe one!
