As you all know I'm actively trying to eat better and be healthier. I've been seeking out new takes for foods we eat daily and one of those foods is Salmon. I was thrilled to come across the McCormick.com recipe for Baked Crusted Salmon. I knew I had to make it for dinner. It's a fresh take on one of the top 10 most searched family dinners: Salmon.
The recipe is super simple to do and uses very little ingredients. All you need are a few McCormick spices and you're ready to make this recipe.
I paired the salmon with some asparagus, but you can pair it with what ever you'd like.
Here is the Recipe to make Baked Crusted Salmon:
This Recipe Serves 4.
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® California Style Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Dill Weed
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 2 teaspoons oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix seasonings in small bowl.
- Place fish, skin-side down, in lightly greased baking pan. Lightly brush with oil. Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over fish.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
That's all you need to do to make this delicious dinner. The McCormick spices make the salmon rich with flavor. It's the perfect easy family dinner. You can also see a video step by step of me making this awesome recipe below which I did on Instagram!

I use the McCormick Perfect Pinch Cajun seasoning. I use tons of it.
My favorite seasoning is Garlic Salt. You get the flavor of salt but also garlic which is amazing in all foods.
I love a number of them But I love Rosemary leaves!!
