Easy DIY Baby Keepsake Box & Pampers Giveaway!

Hey All!

Your baby experiences your love in many different ways. And those precious moments you share with your little one make every day special and worth remembering. When babies feel comforted and protected, they feel covered in your love. One brand that really gets this concept is Pampers! There are so many memories you share with you’re baby that you want to hold on to. I know I have at least 5 full scrapbooks and keepsake boxes that hold items from those special moments of love with baby. I wanted to create something that you can make at home that you can store and be reminded of your own special memories with baby.

I created a DIY Baby Keepsake box! It’s adorable and super easy to make. You can store a babies lock of hair, their first tooth, their first pacifier, or anything you’d like to hold on to that captures that once in a lifetime memory.

To make this adorable box you simply need:

  • A Small Round Cardboard box
  • Red, Blue, White, and Black Sticky Back Stiffened Felt Sheets
  • Gold/Peach/Brown Acrylic Paint (Essentially you can use any color you’d like to make your baby. I chose gold since I’m obsessed with gold.
  • Scissors
  • Paint Brush

First you paint the small round box with your Acrylic paint of choice.

Make sure you cover the outside and lid completely with the paint. Let it dry for about 30 minutes. My paint dried rather quickly.

Then you proceed to cutting out the mouth, round cheeks, eyes, and pieces for the hat. You could also make this hat pink for a girl.

Once all your pieces are cut, you peel off the back of the sticky felt and press them firmly on to the box to form the baby face.

You then fill the box with all your precious memory items!

It’s a super easy and cute way to store the items from those special memories. It can almost act as a little time capsule that you can open up and share with your baby when he or she is older.
