Hey All!
Looking for a cute last minute New Years themed headband to wear to ring in the New Year? Well why not make one yourself with an old headband you may have lying around the house?
All you need to make these adorable headbands is:
- Gold Card stock
- 2.5 to 3 Inch Hole Punch
- Plastic Headbands (I used some leftover Cat Ears headbands I got at Target for Halloween)
- Glue Dots or Glue Gun
- Sticker Numbers
I had some left over giant gold confetti from our wedding, but you simply make it by punching out some circles from gold card stock with a large circle hole punch.
Once you’ve punched all your giant confetti you then glue four of the gold giant confetti together with your glue dots or glue gun. You then stick the year numbers onto the four giant confetti.
Make sure to press down hard so the Sticker Numbers so they stick to the giant confetti. You can also glue them on.
After that is done you simple glue the giant confetti dots complete with numbers on to your headband. Let it all dry or if you used glue dots it’s already done and ready to use.
That’s it you’re done. What a cute and simply idea to make you feel festive as you ring in the New Year!
I hope you enjoy wearing these just as much as I do!
Have a Happy New Year Everyone!
