Easy Frankenstein Wafer Cookies!

Hey All!

I’m so excited! We’re kicking off Halloween today with these super cute and easy Frankenstein wafer cookies! It’s a fun and tasty DIY you can do with your kids or serve at your Halloween parties! Who doesn’t love a spooky Halloween monster treat? I know I do! These take like 5 minutes to make and if you’re not fond of baking, these are the perfect Halloween treat for you to easily make.

Check out how to make them below!

  • 1 pkg. Chocolate Wafer Cookies
  • 1 can Pillsbury White Frosting
  • ½ cup Candy Corn, with chocolate ends
  • Decorating Gel—black and red
  • Green Food Coloring
  • Black Sugar Crystals
  • Edible Candy Eyes

First tint the frosting with the green coloring, and frost the top 2/3 of the cookie. You then sprinkle a good layer of the black sugar on the top 1/3 of the frosting layer to resemble hair. You then make a little red scar with the red gel right below his hairline, and place 2 eyes under that.

You then use the black gel to make a mouth. Lasty, you cut the chocolate ends off each candy corn, put a dab of frosting on the cut side, and put one on each side of the cookie to resemble his bolts.

That’s it! You’re done! Your Frankenstein’s are all ready to eat!

How cute are these folks? Too cute and perfect for Halloween!
