Easy Organic Acai Fruit Parfait Recipe!




Hey All!

I’m always on the look out for healthy snacks for me and my family and one thing I have become obsessed with is Acai!

Acai fruit pulp has a very high antioxidants. They have even more than cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, or blueberry. It’s considered very healthy and a superfood to many. I love the stuff. I always buy Acai bowls from our local smoothie place, but that can get expensive if you want to eat it often. I decided to try and make my own version of an Acai Bowl and it came out amazing in my book.

I wanted to share with you my recipe which I have now been eating for a few months.
