It’s that time of year again! Check out our 2025 easy to make Rainbow Leprechaun Trap!
Hey All!
We’re back with our annual Saint Patrick’s Day tradition of making a Leprechaun Trap. I’ve been doing this for years and I always love to share them with you all. I didn’t have a lot of time to put one together this year, but I came up with this cute and Easy DIY Rainbow Leprechaun Trap. All you mainly need is a box and our Free Printable Leprechaun Trap Decorations!
You can easily throw this together with what ever you have or do a drive up pick up or have it delivered in time for Saint Patty’s Day. See how I made it below.

First Download Our Free Printable Leprechaun Trap Decorations! Cut them out.
Tape the lid to the back of the box, so it doesn’t slide off and get out your fake and chocolate coins.
Fill your box with your Easter Basket Filler and place both types of coins inside.
Next make your little signs by taping a short piece of a straw to the back of the sign.
Use some play dough to hold up the signs.
Tape the gold rainbow sign to the lid…
And decorate the box with all your stickers and what ever pieces you use from the printable. You can customize it how ever you’d like!
Lay down the rainbow walkway in front of the box and add your ladder. If you don’t have a ladder, make one with some glue, popsicle sticks and paint.
This is something optional, but you can add some lucky charms marshmallows and some leprechaun footprints for even more magical fun!
That’s all you have to do to make it and your done.
You can see the step by step video on how to make it over on my Instagram or TikTok!
I hope you enjoy this as much as I do for Saint Patrick’s Day! Have an amazing Saint Patrick’s Day!
