Easy Reeses Turkeys!

Hey All!

Today we’re bringing you another fun Thanksgiving treat to make with that leftover Halloween candy. Check out these Easy Reeses Turkeys! They’re made out of candy corn and Reeses Peanut butter cups, both small and regular sized. They are the easiest and quickest treats you can make for Thanksgiving. These would be a great treat to make with your kids or for your kids classroom parties.

Here is how to make these easy treats!

  • 12 Reese’s Pieces
  • 12 Reese’s Minis
  • 60 Candy Corn
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 Tablespoon shortening
  • 24 Candy Eyes
  • 12 red or orange Reese’s Pieces

First you place the chocolate chips and shortening in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 25 seconds. Stir well and reheat as needed.
Lay out all of your ingredients as you will want to work smoothly and quickly. Using a spoon, add a 1/2 teaspoon or so of melted chocolate on a Reese’s Cup. Smooth it out to cover the entire top.

Next you place a Reese’s Mini in the bottom center of the Reese’s Cup. Attach the Candy Corn in a fan-pattern around the Reese’s Mini.

You then attach the candy eyes to the top half of the Reese’s Mini using a touch of melted chocolate, and repeat with an orange or red Reese’s Pieces for the beak.

Repeat until all 12 Reese’s Cups are converted into chocolate turkeys!

That’s it! You’re done!

I hope you love these Easy Reeses Turkeys as much as I do!
