Easy Yummy St. Patrick’s Day Candy Bark!

Hey All!

Saint Patrick’s Day is almost here and we’re kicking off today with some fun content we created to celebrate. I may not be Irish, but I love to celebrate the holiday. Any holiday that has fun rainbows in it and chocolate coins I’m all about. This year I figured I would make this easyĀ Yummy St. Patrick’s Day Candy Bark treat to enjoy as you celebrate the day. It’s great for both adults and kids. You can make it for your kids to take to school for their classmates and teachers or you can make it and take it to work. You can even take it with you as you go out to celebrate the day.

It’s such a fun and tasty treat to make. Here is how to make it!

  • 1 Ā½ Cups White Chocolate Discs
  • Ā¼ Cup light green, dark green, yellow-green Chocolate Discs
  • Lucky Charms Cereal (I used the clover hat marshmallows out of it)
  • Mint M&Mā€™s
  • Rainbow Sour Strip Candy
  • Dark and Light Green Sugar
  • Green Sprinkles
  • Parchment PaperĀ

In four separate bowls, melt each chocolate discs according to package directions. On a parchment lined cookie sheet, spread the white melted chocolate evenly over the parchment paper.

Sprinkle on the M&Mā€™s, clover hat marshmallows, green sugars, green sprinkles and 1-inch pieces of the rainbow strip candy.

In three separate baggies, place each green chocolate and snip off very little of the corner. Pipe on 3 leaf clovers all around the white chocolate. You can mix and match colors and do some solid colors as well. Let dry!

Do these steps all around the white chocolate.

Once dry, break apart or you can cut it as well.

Enjoy on St. Patty’s Day!

It’s the perfect treat to enjoy on the holiday or you can use it in a fun DIY leprechaun trap.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! You can find all our St. Patty’s Day DIY’s and Recipes HERE!
