1 of Each Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, and Purple Funfetti Cake Mix Pouches
10 Egg Whites
Vegetable Oil
Water
1 of Each Colored Matching Frosting Red, Green, Blue, and Purple
1 Whipped White Frosting Container
Shamrock Sprinkles
Gold Sprinkles or Sugar
1 Chocolate Gold Coin
Mini Cake Pans
Pam Cooking Spray
Spatula
Cookie Sheet
Instructions
Combine ingredients as directed on the mixes bag. They each use vegetable oil, water, and 2 egg whites. Once mixes are done add each to it's own bowl.
Grease each mini cake pan with Pam Cooking spray so the cakes don't stick to the pans. Place pans on top of a cookie sheet as the small pans I have kind of leaked a little.
Once cakes are done let them cool for 10 minutes then cut off any rounded tops so they are all flat even cakes.
You then begin stacking each cake spreading matching colored frosting. I started with blue first, then green, purple, red, and yellow is the top layer with a dollop of white whipped frosting at the top.
You then decorate with sprinkles and top with the chocolate gold coin! Serve and enjoy!
