Ingredients
  • 1 Package of MissionĀ® Street Tacos Corn Tortillas, 24ct.
  • 2-3 Chicken Breasts (Depending on how many people you are serving!)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons of Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • 2 Forks
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add your chicken breasts and season them with your Paprika, Cumin, Salt, Pepper, Lime Juice, Garlic Powder, and Olive Oil.
  2. Make sure the chicken breast are completely covered in the seasoning. Let the chicken breast marinade for 5 minutes while you head up your grill.
  3. Grill the chicken breasts until they are completely cooked through. Remove them from the grill and place inside a clean bowl.
  4. Take your two forks and hold the chicken breast with one fork and use the other fork to shred the chicken.
  5. Place a spoon full of the shredded chicken in the center of one MissionĀ® Street Tacos Corn Tortilla and add your lettuce and tomato and shredded Mexican cheese.
  6. Plate and serve!
