Ingredients
  • Pillsbury™ Filled Pastry Bags Cream Cheese 16oz
  • 1 Packages of Pillsbury™ Premade Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 5 Rainbow Food Coloring Tubes
  • A Variety of Rainbow Sprinkles
  • Mini Cupcake Pan
  • Spoon
  • Non-Stick Baking Spray
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat your oven at 350 degrees.
  2. First you cut your cookie dough into 5 separate pieces.
  3. You then add a drop of food coloring in each color to each separate piece. Knead the coloring into the cookie dough until the dough is completely the color of your choice. So your cookie cups don’t stick to your pan, spray your mini cupcake pan with some non-stick baking spray. I always do this even if it says it’s a non-stick pan. I don’t trust it.
  4. Take one small piece from each of the colored cookie dough pieces and roll it into a ball.
  5. Place the small ball of rainbow dough into your mini cupcake pan. With your finger make a little cup shape by pushing down into the center of the ball.
  6. Once you’re done making the cup shapes in the dough, bake your cookie cups for 10 minutes.
  7. When they are done, before they cool, press your spoon down the middle of the warm cookie cups to make the cup shape again. They tend to rise in the center when they bake.
  8. Let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes and them move them to a cooling rack for them to cool completely.
  9. Once they are completely cool, use your Pillsbury™ Filled Pastry Bags Cream Cheese to pipe in your cookie cup center filling.
  10. Add some rainbow sprinkles to the top and you’re done!
  11. I added some candy cherries to mine as an added decoration, but you can just add your rainbow sprinkles and be done with it.
  12. Serve them to all your friends at all your rainbow parties or fun get togethers.
