Hey All!
As you all know we’re huge Disney Junior fans. We often have it on all day long for my nephew. He loves watching his Disney Junior shows. I’m not ashamed to admit I think the shows are adorable as well. His favorite is Mickey Mouse Clubhouse!
He loves Mickey and all the adventures he gets into with his clubhouse gang. We have all the DVD’s and toys for the show. It’s a MMCH bonanza in our home. I mean who doesn’t love a 3D version of Mickey. He’s so cute.
He loves to like sing and dance with Mickey Mouse and the clubhouse crew.
He also loves Jake and the Neverland Pirates as I’ve shared my love of all things Peter Pan related to my family.
And his other favorite show is Doc McStuffins. He has a Lambie and his own Doc Medical bag (Which was impossible to get during Christmas time) which he loves giving check-ups to his stuffed animal friends like Doc McStuffins. Those are his three favorite shows. He can watch all three all day long.
Naturally when we were going to celebrate his birthday recently we ask him which of his Disney Junior shows he’d like his birthday party after and it of course ended up being Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. We celebrated his birthday recently with lots of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse inspired goodies. We had Mickey cupcakes with hidden Mickey’s inside. You have to have something hidden as they are always going on fun adventures on Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. The kids are also always finding hidden things on the show, so I thought why not have something hidden inside the cupcakes.
To make the hidden Mickey inside you simply roll up some fresh bake brownie into a ball. You place the ball into a cupcake liner. You then roll the brownie into sticks in which you form into a circle on top brownie ball. You then pour the cupcake batter over it and bake. When you cut it open you’ll have a hidden Mickey!
It’s so much fun to capture and share these special family moments inspired by Disney Junior!

I love Disney Junior, the boychild watches it all the time.
I love the hidden Mickey idea. I wish I saw this before my daughters Minnie themed birthday a week ago!
I love that Disney is able to adjust with the times but still keep some of its classics.
