Hey All!

I recently had the amazing opportunity to review the Fitbit One You all know how much I love my fitbits. I’ve featured the fitbit zip many times on this site. This is the latest edition to the fitbit family and I couldn’t wait to try it. It comes with a rubber like clip case for the Fitbit One and it also comes in black and rasberry colors. The One unlike the Zip also tracks your sleep along with your steps.  You simply clip the One securely to your clothing and sleep with it on to track your sleep patterns. You also securely fasten it to your clothing when ever you’re tracking your steps. I love having this dual feature.

The Fitbit One comes with a small USB that you insert your One into then plug both into your computer. You charge the one this way. You can also sync it this way, but you can also download the app to your phone and it will sync wirelessly. I love being able to sync the One throughout the day with my iPhone. It’s an amazing feature which allows you to track yourself through out the day.

The charge of the fitbit usually lasts about a week and it will alert you when the battery is low. That’s a perfect amount of time for me personally. I now don’t leave home with out my Fitbit One. It’s an amazing little device.

The only caution is that this device is very small. As you can see in the picture above it’s not much bigger than a quarter. Don’t forget to take it off your clothing each time you use it. I know many people who forget to take it off and then wash it by accident while doing laundry. I would be devastated if this happened so I’m always watching where my fitbits are at all times.

This is an amazing upgrade and addition to the fitbit family. If you’re interested in getting yourself a fitbit I highly recommend the Fitbit One!
