Who doesn’t love rainbow and Mickey themed candy? Am I right?

Here is how to make it! It’s beyond simple to make!

  • 2 Cups White Chocolate Discs
  • Regular size M&Mā€™s
  • Mini size M&Mā€™s
  • Round Sprinkles (Assorted Colors)

Place chocolate discs in a microwaveable bowl and melt according to package directions.

Pour chocolate on a parchment lined cookie sheet and spread evenly with a knife.

Immediately start adding 1 regular M&M for the face and 2 mini M&Mā€™s for the ears. Spread the Mickey faces out, so they are not to close together. Work quickly before the chocolate starts to harden.

Sprinkle with the round sprinkles.

Let harden for about an hour, then carefully cut pieces so you have one Mickey face in each piece.

Enjoy or store in an airtight container for up to a week.

I hope you enjoy this candy bark as much as I do!

If you can make your way to Disneyland, I highly recommend you do!
