You all know I’m on a mission to get healthy! Well the Holidays are over and it’s time to get in shape in 2013! I have had way to many pastellios aka empanadas and cookies to work off! Luckily my fictional BFF El Vaso Del Vaso Medio Lleno aka Master of the Glass Half Full has a great NEW series of exercise videos on Youtube called Hazlo Ejercicio. This is me setting the table and doing my Dinner Yoga! I love it and it’s a fun way to set the table and burn some calories!
I think my form is pretty good if you look at me and the picture side by side.

This is an awesome idea! Dinner Yoga. Sometimes I try to do stretches and lunges while my coffee brews.
