Hey All!

Happy Mean Girls Day! I interrupt our regularly scheduled Halloween content to celebrate Mean Girls Day with this Giant Mean Girls Burn Book Rice Krispies Treat! I was afraid I wasn’t going to get it done on time for October 3rd aka Mean Girls Day, but I pushed through and got it done. I literally made this entire thing in about an hour or less. It’s like the fastest giant tasty treat I’ve ever made in the history of ever. I think it came out super cute for how fast I made it. I think Regina George and all the Plastics would approve! You can easily make one to enjoy as you watch Mean Girls today!

It’s the perfect tasty treat aka carb to enjoy on this pinktastic day! And don’t forget to wear pink on Wednesday!

Giant Already Made Flat Sheet of Rice Krispies Treats
2 Pink Pillbury Funfetti Frostings
Black, Red, and White Fondant
Black Icing
Pipping Tip

First you cut your giant sheet of rice krispies in half, so it’s like the shape of a book.

You then frost it with your pink frosting. It doesn’t have to be perfect and you can clean up all the edges with a paper towel when you’re done. Frost the sides and entire giant rice krispies treat from top to bottom.

Roll out your black fondant and use a knife to cut out four black rectangles. Make them all different sizes ranging from large rectangles to medium sized rectangles. Do the same with your white fondant, like you see below. Place them onto your treat in the center, leaving a space between the boxes in the middle. This is where your kiss lips will go.

Roll out your red fondant and cut out your red lip shape with your fondant cutting tool. Cut the lips in a curve down the middle. Make some lines with your fondant cutting tool on the lips and then place the lips in the center of the treat between the boxes.

Roll out some more white fondant and use your letter fondant cutters to cut out the letters B, U, R, B. Stick the letters onto the black fondant boxes on the treat.

Take your black icing and pipe on the letters N, O, O, and K onto the white fondant boxes.

Write out the word mean and make some squiggly lines and boxes and hearts with your black icing around the left edges of the book and around the top letters.
