Hey All!
I wanted to take this Monday to share yet another favorite of the Goya recipes my family has loved to make for years. And this recipe is called Citrus Chicken Cutlets. We of course tweaked the original recipe that you can find here to fit out families tastes and needs.
To make this recipe all you need is some simple chicken breasts and you can pair it with what ever traditional sides you like. It’s great with salads, rice and beans, and traditional mashed potatoes and veggies.
Here is the recipe below.
[amd-zlrecipe-recipe:25]This chicken is very easy to make and it is delicious.
The flavors have the right amount of kick to them and the bread crumbs add a great texture. I chose to bake the chicken and use Gluten Free options as that’s what’s healthier for our family.
I hope you enjoy this recipe just as much as we do!

This sounds delicious. I’ve never tried cooking with Goya Adobo seasoning but this recipe gives me a good excuse to start doing so 🙂
That sounds really tasty – I’ve never thought to use lemon juice when marinating chicken – I do it all the time with fish though!
I love using lemon juice to marinade with but I’ve never used Goya Adobo seasoning before.
We were suppose to have chicken last night but I met friends for lunch and we talked all afternoon. So we had homemade mac ‘n cheese. Chicken tomorrow night as I want to make potato kale soup.

I really love using Goya adobo seasoning too. It’s been a while since I used it, so now I’m craving it again. This recipe sounds great!

Looks like a good way to change up chicken.
