Holidays are always a challenge. It’s the one time of year that I work overtime to make sure everything is perfect for my family and our visiting guests. Needless to say by looking at the pictures I go all out for our holiday celebrations. There are many joys and woes that come with having to host during the holidays. But if you have a great dinning room set, fabulous dinner ware, and some amazing holiday decor like a reindeer from Wayfair you can truly be the hostess with the mostess.
To solve seating arrangements and the fight of who sits where, I always make creative place cards for our dinner place settings.
This years I decided to make the place cards some ornaments everyone can take home with them. I simply made them by cutting out some circles from gold sticker paper and sticking them onto snowflake ornaments and writing peoples names on them.
Such a simple and cute idea everyone would appreciate right? And it prevents fighting over seats!
I also make sure everyone who gets along sits next to each other. Let’s all admit it, the Holidays can sometimes let the family drama skeletons out of the closet so to speak and drama can always erupt at any second, so I try to avoid that at all costs.
I also spend a lot of time decorating the house and dinner table for the holidays.

Gold and White Reindeer decor! Silver and gold colors are always so festive and bright. They always make me smile and this year I was a little reindeer obsessed as well. I actually hand painted that reindeer you see above gold.
All in all the holidays are a fun and joyous time of the year, but it can be stressful to get all the cooking, planning, and decorating done. It’s stressful but it’s well worth all the stress and planning when it comes out beautiful just like my holiday dinner table decor. I’m so in love with it!!
