Hey All!

I recently had the amazing opportunity to test out the 2018 Toyota RAV4 SE on a recent trip up north to farm country to visit my in laws. We were trekking up there to tell them that we’re expecting a new baby. We wanted to break the big news in person. I’m a what you call a Toyota girl. I’ve only ever driven Toyotas in my life. It’s what I learned to drive on and it’s probably the brand of car I’ll always own. It’s what I drive today, so when Toyota said they wanted to give me this awesome car to test out, I was like heck yes!

My hubby and I loved this car! He loved how great it was on gas. He thought it would take would go through gas faster than a regular sedan, but it didn’t! It was great on gas!It gets 23 mpg (miles per gallon) in city driving, 30 mpg on the highway, and 26 mpg combined. The 2018 RAV4 is a 176-horsepower SUV and has a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine and a six-speed automatic transmission.

It had a touch button turn on and I love that it had a trunk opener on the key remote.

It also had amazing features like when you’ve been driving a few hours, the car checks on you to see if you’d like to take a break! How amazing is that. It also makes sure to let you know if you need to stay in your lane.

It had a navigation system and XM radio, so we can have lots to jam out to on the road trip.

It also had this visor extender…

And a compass on the rear view mirror, which I loved.

I’m terrible with directions, so I need all the help I can get when we go on road trips.

I also loved the blue color of this car. I think it’s such a pretty blue!

It fit us and all our luggage perfectly and it was so comfortable to drive. I’m actually considering getting one of these as our new family car, since our family is growing, we’re going to need a bigger car!
