I’m Taking the Pledge For A Better Me In 2013!

Hey All!

I’ve decided to take the pledge to join a group of women who want to challenge themselves to live a healthier life or want to inspire others to do the same. I desperately need this in 2013 as in 2012 I’ve been in and out of the Doctors with everything from chest pains to high cholesterol to low vitamin d, bowel issues, and I’m even being tested for thyroid cancer at the moment. I’ve never been this unhealthy in my life and a lot of it has to do with the fact that I haven’t been to the gym in over a year and a half and I hardly work out. It’s my own fault as I put myself second and everyone and everything else before my own health. I’ve gained a ton of weight and this is the largest I’ve ever been in my life. I currently weigh 160 pounds.


I hate to say it but I do. I’m only 5’2 and the max I have always weighed it 125-130! I kid you not. In the past 2 years I have gained 30 pounds and my body frankly can’t take it any more!

I’m on a mission in 2013 to be a better healthy me and I’d love to take you all along on my journey!

I also hope that you all will support me in my journey to being healthy and little more happier. I want to be around for many years to come and being healthy is the only way to do it.
