Hey All!
I recently had the experience of celebrating my birthday and the Holidays with some fun loving Pirates at the Dinner Adventure show A Holiday Celebration: Pirates take Christmas! As you all know I love what the Pirate Adventure dinner show did with the Vampirates and I’m happy to say they have done it again with Pirates Take Christmas!
This holiday season help cheer on Santa to save Christmas! Scoundrel Pirates have captured Santa and Mrs. Claus, threatening an end to the holiday season and disappointing all of the good girls and boys of the world. This yuletide adventure combines audience participation, heart-pounding action and the spirit of the season along with a hearty 4-course traditional holiday feast. You, your family and a little holiday magic can help Santa defeat the pirates and save the season!! Shows will run every day until December 25th!
Set aboard an authentically replicated 18th-century Spanish galleon measuring 46 feet long, 18 feet wide with 40-foot masts, the ship is anchored in a 300,000-gallon indoor lagoon with night sky lighting. Surrounding the lagoon is a six-sided showroom of six additional ships where the audience is seated to begin the show.
Voyagers on each of the six ships have their own fearless pirate mascot whom they cheer on as the adventure unfolds with a cast a dozen actors, singers and stunt performers engaging in a bounty of action-packed exploits, accompanied by cannon blasts, pyrotechnics and plenty of laughs. In addition, more than 150 guests have the chance to play an actual role in each dinner show as the evil Captain Sebastian the Black leads his crews of renegades on a swashbuckling adventure before your very eyes!
You not only get a great meal, you get a great show filled with lots of fun and acrobatics. Honestly this is one of the most entertaining shows I’ve ever been too! The show begins in the waiting area with an acrobatic Elf Walking the ceiling.
You also get free appetizers and there is cash bar as you wait for the show to start. This is the preshow events so you definitely want to get there early to experience it all.
Santa and Mrs. Claus were hilarious and so were the pirates. They kidnapped and stole Christmas literally.
Once inside the adventure truly begins.
The set and actors are fantastic as they leap on ropes through out the ship. They also perform amazing acrobatics through out the show.
This death defying balancing act was one of my favorites at the show. I’ve been to many dinner adventure shows and I’m not just saying this, this is the best Dinner adventure show around. I will even go as far as saying it’s one of the best shows in the Los Angeles/Orange County Area. They truly put on a show and are so creative with how they transform each show for the holidays. They pick amazing music, amazing story lines, and a great menu.
And if you have a birthday like I did, they have this fantastic red velvet cake to make a wish on. They also took me on board the ship where I took a photo behind the wheel of the Pirate ship.
If you’re looking for a fun Holiday event and dinner for your family I highly recommend Pirates take Christmas!

So I’m thinking it’s totally corny, totally over the top and totally entertaining and fun! That’s exactly how a dinner show should be. 😉
wonderful! I would love to spend a birthday so!
Oh how fun, if I was traveling near there during the holidays, I would definitely take this in!

This looks like so much fun. I went on a similar Pirate dinner cruise in Florida, but a Christmas one sounds even cooler.
